Most of my images from the projects are for sale in limited editions.

The editions are limited to 20 + 3 AP or 30 + 3 AP depending on the project and print size. Special projects may have a different print run. The Lamba prints (laser exposure) on photographic paper or pigment ink prints on acid-free artist´s papers are of the highest quality standards and longest durability. All images are numbered, dated and signed on the reverse side. The prints are not matted or framed unless requested or specified.

How to order: Please send an email with the downloaded images for an inquiry. All images are downloadable using the right mouse button or dragging and dropping the image on your desktop.

You will receive information about size, edition, technique, price and terms of payment. When you return the attached order form with the necessary details you will receive an order confirmation e-mail and an invoice. The contract is effective.

Delivery: The goods will be delivered within 2 weeks after payment of the order with no obligation for the delivery period. Our liability ends with the delivery of the goods by postal or parcel service.

Payment: Advanced payment is required without any discount. We only accept payment by bank transfer in US dollars to our stated bank account.

Revocation: Customers may withdraw from a purchase in writing (e-mail) within 14 days from the delivery of the goods. The payment will be refunded. Images are returned at the risk and expense of the customer. If goods are returned in a condition precluding further use or with unsufficient postage an appropriate deduction of the refund will be made.

Data Protection: Personal information about customers are solely used in connection with the buying process and never given to a third party. By placing an order the customer accepts that we receive and store personal data on our systems.

Final Clause: The laws of the State of Florida shall apply hereto. In the event that the customer has no general place of jurisdiction in the USA when entering into the contract, the place of residence of the photographer is agreed as being the place of jurisdiction.
